Amy's stories have been published by Plain Spoke and published/performed by The Liars League. Her children's story "Harvey and the Horrible Sneeze" appeared in the 13th Annual Half Price Books Bedtime Storybook. She earned an honorable mention in the WOW! Women-on- Writing Summer 2009 Flash Fiction Contest, and won third place in the 27th Annual 3-Day Novel Contest. Her true passion, though, is writing children's and young adult literature. She is a member of the SCBWI.

In the off chance you find her not writing, she'll likely be dabbling in art or spending time with her family. She's fond of bats, has a penchant for the creepy, and thinks Steven Moffat is a brilliant and evil genius. Ten(nant) is her Doctor.
